* 4 beef tenderloin fillets
* 2 cups heavy cream

* 1 sheet frozen puff pastry, thawed
* 1tbsp Worcestershire sauce
* 1/4 tsp black pepper
* 4 fresh thyme leaves
* 1 tbsp olive oil
* salt to taste

Step1: Heat oil in a pan or skillet.
Step2: Add onion and garlic; fry for 2-3 minutes or until soft.
Step3: Now add ½ cup cream and warm over medium-low heat.
Step4: Remove from the flame and keep warm.
Step5: Heat a grill on high heat.
Step6: Make a 1-inch cut in the center of each beef fillet.
Step7: Season with salt and pepper.
Step8: Grill each side of fillets for 4-5 minutes.
