Ingredients for crispy baked chicken fingers recipe

* 4 chicken breasts halves, boneless & skinless
* 2 eggs, lightly beaten
* 1 cup Plain flour
* 2 cups bread crumbs
* Salt to taste
* 1 tsp pepper
* 1 tsp dried rosemary, optional
* 2 tbsp olive oil

Steps for crispy baked chicken fingers recipe

Step1: Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
Step2: Cut chicken into thin or finger sized strips.
Step3: Season with salt and pepper.
Step4: Sprinkle Dried rosemary and Dijon mustard over it.
Step5: Place eggs, flour and bread crumbs in separate plates.
Step6: Place chicken strips in flour, Coat them well.
Step7: Dip in eggs then roll in bread crumbs.
Step8: Place coated strips on greased baking sheet.
Step9: Bake in the preheated oven for 15 minutes or until golden brown.
Step10: Remove from oven and let cool.
Step11: Crispy baked Chicken is ready to serve. Enjoy with Yogurt Dipping Sauce.
