* 1 large Seafood bouillon cube
* 1/2 package refrigerator diced or sliced potatoes
* 2 cup water
* 1/2 cup vinegar
* 1/2 tsp fresh chopped garlic
* 1/2 cup chopped onion
* 1 tbsp olive oil
* 1-1/2 pounds fish fillets, cut into 1 inch pieces
* 6 tbsp pesto jarred or fresh

Step1: Take a large heavy saucepan, heat oil in it and saute onion in until they get soften.
