Ingredients for spicy egg korma recipe

* 4 – eggs
* 2 – onion
* 2 – tomato
* 4 – garlic cloves
* 1/2 inch piece – ginger
* 2 – green chillies
* 2 tbsp – coriander leaves (chopped)
* 2 tsp – pepper powder
* 1/4 tsp – turmeric powder
* 1 tsp – coriander powder
* 1 tsp – chilli powder
* 1/2 tsp – garam masala
* 1/2 cup – grated coconut
* 10 – cashew nuts (soaked in water)
* Oil
* Salt

Steps for spicy egg korma recipe

Step1: Boil the eggs, remove the shells, make slits on them and set aside.
Step2: Blend cashew nuts and coconut to a smooth paste.
Step3: Grind garlic, ginger and chilli together.
Step4: Heat oil, saute chopped onions till golden; add ginger-garlic-chilli paste and stir well.
Step5: Then add the coriander leaves, salt and chopped tomatoes, saute till the tomatoes are cooked well.
Step6: Add all the powders and place the eggs in this and cover with the mixture.
Step7: Finally pour the coconut solution over it and bring to boil on a low flame.
Step8: Spicy egg korma is ready to serve. Serve with chapati!
